NewMediaFest’2010
is planned as a networked festival online and offline (physical space) starting on 1 January 2010 and being finalised on 31 December 2010.

NewMediaFest’2010
represents the occasion to start new networked projects online and physical cooperations offline by initiating new features on the involved project platforms, to mention just some at the early stage of plannings

JavaMuseum - Forum for Internet Technology in Contemporary Art
–> Netart Features 2010
–> Let’s Celebrate - a celebration of 10 years JavaMuseum and netart
–> Start of JavaMuseum Journal featuring the artists who were participating during the 10 years of JavaMuseum

CologneOFF - Cologne Online Film Festival
–> CologneOFVI _ the new festival edition in 2010 will be realised as a networked event, including a networked jury and a networked launch
–> manifestations of CologneOFF V and previous festival editions in cooperation in physical space

VideoChannel - video project environments
–> new film collection : SFC - Shoah Film Collection to be launched on 27 January 2010
–> extension: One Minute Film Collection
–> new video art features: Italy, France, China, USA, Norway and many more

Cinematheque - streaming media project environments
–> Flash & Thunder - Flash as an artistic medium - to be launched in January 2010

SoundLAB - sonic art project environments
–> launch of SoundLAB VII in March 2010

But NewMediaFest’2010 will be also the occasion to review 10 years project developments of [NewMediaArtProjectNetwork]:||cologne and recall and spotlight a selection of the countless projects realised as networked initiatives since 2001.
