CologneOFF and VideoChannel are proud to be official collaboration partner and netMAXX - official media partner of the prestigeous MICROWAVE - New Media Arts Festival to take place between 13 Nov and 11 Dec 2009,
and launch CologneOFF V - 5th Cologne Online Film Festival on 13 November 2009 in this context.
Wilfried Agricola de Cologne, founder and director of The Network will present on 22 Nov 2009 the curated video selection Body & Soul 15:15:15 including a lecture.

The launch of CologneOFF V will be simultaneous also with the launch of
FONLAD - Digital Arts Festival Guardia/Portugal - 14 Nov 2009 - 2 Jan 2010 and two screening on 24 and 25 Nov 2009.
