CologneOFF 2011 - Videoart in a global context
nomadic festival project on tour during 2011 once around the globe
Project duration: 1 January – 31 December 2011
Exhibition period: 2011 and 2012

As a festival project running 12 months, CologneOFF 2011 is focussing on experimental aspects of the „global“ art medium “video” (experimental film and videoart) by spotlighting the diversity of artistic and curatorial contributions from many countries around the globe. Every month of 2011 is dedicated to other geographical global regions, among them —> Asia – China- South Korea-Japan, Indonesia – Arab countries - France- Spain- Portugal – Africa – Balkan – Israel - Austria Scandinavia - UK-Ireland – Latin Amerika – Russia – Poland - Italy –Germany.
